My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan


I'm a day behind on my meal planning due to a wretched migraine yesterday, but I finally got around to it today, so here's this week's gluten free meal plan!






Gluten Free Spiced Butternut Squash Scones





Week of: May 29 – June 3, 2016
Breakfasts: Lavender and Lemon Bread (recipe to come), Flax Meal Sandwich Bread, Butternut Squash Scones (using squash cooked in the crockpot)
Day:
Dinners
Saturday
Frittata
Sunday
Dinner at the in-laws
Monday
Fajita bowl, with recipe from my book Living with Oral Allergy Syndrome
Tuesday
Sauteed greens with gluten free soy sauce served over rice leftover from the fajita bowls
Wednesday
Thursday
Leftovers
Friday
